Be. Here. Now. (part deux)

In an effort to stretch myself and try something new, I decided to go off of one of those addicting social network sites this week (you know the one). It was mainly to help me focus more on the present. The people in my life today. The work in front of me today. But also, I found that what I was really wanting from it was a way to express myself and share my thoughts and, most often, images and ideas that currently excite me. So, for now, I will go old school and do that here. It may not help the panic phone calls I have gotten from some friends wanting to make sure I am still alive but it'll have to do.
